We always do our best to use the flowers and vase pictured. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions that may affect availability.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

For maximum vase life, please keep flowers in clean water. Ensure the water level is high and all stems are submerged. Keep your arrangement in a cool spot out of direct sunlight. Remove individual stems as they fade.

Top tip: keep your flowers away from the fruit bowl, especially if it contains apples. Apples and other fruit give off ethylene gas which causes flowers to deteriorate.

Flower care instructions are printed and included upon delivery to ensure the recipient knows how to properly care for their beautiful flowers.
